Dr. Shoal - I have it from great medical asssstutness that the picure of the item on that dear bear is not that of a pectoral mesh oxygenator. Rather it is a sample of a 1966 "Over-shoulder-boulder-holder", a style from a plethora and ancient history of medical bindings for everything from "feeling the vapours" to "the complaint"
